Trainer of technical staff in the dairy sector

Since 1987 I have worked as a trainer of technical personnel in production processes and quality control of the dairy sector.

Bringing Italian manufacturing processes and mozzarella cheese in various countries, means dealing with different climates and machinery. This is the reason why this training must be done strictly at the company.

Area of ​​specialization: production of cow’s milk mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, pizza cheese and fresh cheese.

Training of Technical Staff in the manufacture of Mozzarella cheese and fresh dairy products:

  • Honduras (Central America): development of new lines of production and improvement of existing production
  • Sardinia: training of technical personnel for the production of cow’s milk mozzarella and fresh cheese
  • Campania: training of technical personnel for the production of buffalo mozzarella
  • Paraguay: technical assistance on technologies for the production of buffalo mozzarella, mozzarella and other cheeses from cow’s milk
  • Argentina: training of technical personnel for the production of cow’s milk mozzarella and buffalo mozzarella
  • Brazil: training of technical personnel for the production of mozzarella cheese and fresh dairy products
  • Pakistan: Setting the production process, fine-tuning the recipe of the product, training of technical personnel
